Nights are an adventure!

I have been sleep walking for as long as I can remember! I don't look like the image above, in fact I look fully awake and normal but what comes out of my mouth doesn't make sense!..lol..It usually has something to do with the crumbs on the floor have turned into wood bugs kinda thing....? Makes my hubby think WHAT are you talking about?

I've time and time again gotten up at 3am and had a shower and FULLY got ready for the day. Only to think? Geesh, its really dark out? OR why am I so tired? I've also been told (from my parents) that I would come out of bed and into the living room stick my head under the lamp and go back to bed? I also would leave the house and do stuff outside in the middle of the night. My poor mom!...bahahha!

Generally when I wake up in the morning I can feel that something happened and I'll ask Ry "did I sleep walk last night"? AND he'd burst into laughter and tell me the story! Its always an adventure here. I happens randomly as well and doesn't matter if I eat something that triggers it or not? so random.

When I first had Sophie I would have to make notes for myself on my alarm clock that said " YOU fed her already at 10PM" OR "Do not wake her up"...lol...I would be totally out of it and would go pick her up out of a sound sleep and randomly feed her or wake her up and get her dresses..?? OK, so now that you think I'm a lunatic....bhaahha!!. I've done this with both Sophie and Grace but not Hope for some reason? I think I'm just really tired this time around....bhahaha!

A few nights again I went into Soph and Grace's room because I heard something....SURE enough there is Sophie on her bed talking about some random situation. AHHH....and it begins......

Have a great day all! I'm chilling on the couch with my sickies today

LOVE LOVE

  1. I remember you and your sleep walking adventures when we were kids. Oh man Jen, now Sophie? I never have had any odd sleep walking events, but one thing that happened when River was born and he had been home for only one night, I ran into the bathroom and Sean was in the shower and I was in absolute panic about where the twin was. I don't know why I thought River had a twin, but I was holding him looking in the crib and my bed, for his twin...RANDOM.
